Exchange or Return of Goods

If the product is of good quality, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded at a distance within 14 days after its execution.

In order for the right to terminate the agreement to be preserved, the consumer needs to monitor the preservation of the products in their original state. If the device is destroyed, damaged or damaged through no fault of the customer, the customer is not deprived of the opportunity to terminate the contract. If the value has decreased due to unpacking the product or checking its functionality, this does not mean that the consumer cannot write a request for a refund.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

FAQs

My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?

We process all orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 7-15 business days.  As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a tracking link. You can use this link to check the real-time status of your package. Do you deliver on public holidays?

Our courier partners generally do not deliver on national or public holidays. If your order is placed on or around a public holiday, please expect a slight delay in transit times. However, our warehouse team continues to process orders diligently on business days to get your package shipped out as quickly as possible.

Do you deliver to my postcode?

We offer worldwide shipping to most postcodes. When you enter your shipping address during checkout, our system will automatically verify if we can deliver to your specific location. If you receive an error message or cannot complete your checkout, please contact our support team and we will do our best to find a delivery solution for you.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

Currently, we do not offer next-day delivery. We prioritize keeping our shipping fees as low (or free) as possible, which is why we utilize Standard Shipping (7-15 business days after a 1-3 day processing window). We are always working on expanding our logistics options and hope to offer expedited shipping methods in the near future.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

In most cases, a signature is not required, and the courier will leave the package in your mailbox, at your front door, or with a building receptionist. However, signature requirements depend on your local carrier's policies and the security of the delivery area. If you are not home and a signature is required, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to collect your package or reschedule delivery.
